Just out of the workshop: A striking Commencal Meta AM custom build.

Not a bike for the camera shy...
-
The frame is supplied with some comprehensive protection!
-
Another shot of the frame protection
-
Tidy head-tube cable routing.
-
Almost ready to ride; just waiting for a final fitting to get the Rockshox reverb cable hose length dialed
The build was a component swap from the customer’s existing build: Deore XT groupset, Shimano MT66 wheels, Schwalbe Nobby Nic and Hans Dampf tyres (set up tubeless), Fox Talas forks and the Fox Float CTD shock supplied with the frame.
For those of you who may have been trawling the internet to find out the weight of a Commencal Meta AM; out of the box the large frame and shock tipped the scales at 4.08kg. After a bit of fiddling around with the internal cable routing (probably worth it in the end for a very clean look!) the whole bike as pictured prior to sorting out the Rockshox Reverb remote on the final fitting came in at just over 15kg.
We already know that the bike is going to be well loved as the customer was able to spend some time getting to know the frame on one of our Commencal demo bikes. It is always great to be able to send someone away confident that they’ve got exactly what they want!
