Cycle hire in Hay on Wye and the Brecon Beacons
The Drover Cycles hire fleet is the most comprehensive in Wales, with a wide range of rental bikes for all ages and riding styles. Our bikes are high quality and we clean and service them after every single hire, which means they are always in tip-top condition! We have E-mountain bikes, regular mountain bikes, Leisure E-bikes, road bikes, hybrid/leisure bikes , and kids bikes and trailers.
We offer two options for collection/return: come to our base in Hay on Wye or, if you’re not in Hay, we will deliver bikes directly to your accommodation or start point of your ride. Delivery and collection is FREE within a 15 mile (24km) radius of our base (Hay on Wye, HR3 5EH) provided you:
a) book at least 24 hours in advance
b) hire at least two bikes
c) hire for a minimum of two days.

The following locations all fall within the free delivery radius – Brecon, Bronllys, Builth Wells, Llangorse, Kington, Talgarth,The Golden Valley, The Olchon Valley, Three Cocks. Other popular locations for bike delivery include Abergavenny, Crickhowell, Talybony on Usk, Hereford, Brecon Beacons National Park Visitor Centre at Libanus and Sennybridge. We’re more than happy to deliver to these and many other locations. For delivery further afield we charge £2 per mile over and above 15 miles, as a rule of thumb, but please contact us to discuss your requirements so that we can give you a quote.
