New for 2015, our experience days combine hands-on foodie tutorials with some pedal-powered calorie-burning!

On Cheesy Riders, roll up your sleeves and join Monkland Cheese Dairy’sartisan cheese makers as they draw on 18 years experience to guide you through the highly-skilled process from start to finish.

Then enjoy a ploughman’s lunch in the dairy’s award-winning cafe before browsing Monkland’s farm shop, which stocks a variety of cheeses made on-site, including their famous ‘Little Hereford Cheese’, along with other local goodies, ciders, beers, apple juice, ice cream and more.

Finally, saddle up with a complimentary mini-hamper of take-home cheese for a 25-mile bike ride to Hay-on-Wye along the quiet country lanes through the famous Black and White villages and Herefordshire’s beautiful rural countryside.
