Big changes afoot for Saracen’s mid-travel Kili Flyer for 2016 – which means some massive bargains on the 2015 bikes as the UK brand clears current stock.
The new Saracen Kili Flyer Elite gains an extra 10mm of rear travel – up to 130mm from 120mm.
The Flyer’s previously three-strong aluminium and ally-carbon range has been focused into a single carbon- framed model, at a weight-conscious 28lb and costing £3699.
The top-end spec includes Shimano’s XT 1×11 drive train, Kashima coat Fox 34 forks, a KS Lev Integra dropper and flesh-wall tyres!
Saracen bill the Kili Flyer as the perfect UK trail bike, and reviews of the 2015 models – including this doozy in Singletrack – would seem to agree.
And it’s good news if you’re in the market for a more wallet-friendly version of this 2016 carbon trail slayer – the 2015 models are getting another price drop.
The entry level Kili Flyer 121 was already a steal at £1499 but a 10% cut means you can now ride away on a massively capable full-susser for just £1350!
The Flyer 122, which features a carbon rear, is now at £1800, and the Flyer 123 is £2250, down from £2499.
The full-carbon 2015 Kili Flyer Team, reviewed here in MBR mag, is on at £2750, down from £3500.
